Our shipping costs are based on your order total:

Up to $120.00 - $25.00 USD
$121.00 - $170.00 - $32.00 USD
$171.00 - $250.00 - $64.00 USD
$251.00 - $500.00 - $80.00 USD
$500.00 and Up - $200.00 USD

For large orders, please contact us directly for a customized shipping quote.

How We Ship Your Order
Your premium olive oils and balsamic vinegars ship via UPS or USPS, ensuring reliable delivery to your door. We carefully process each order within 1-5 business days, though during busy periods you may experience a few additional processing days. Rest assured, if any significant delays occur, we'll reach out personally to keep you updated.

Shipping Guidelines
Delivery Addresses: While not required, we prefer shipping to physical addresses rather than P.O. Boxes for logistical reasons. We may reach out to request a physical address if needed.

Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.

International Reshippers: We are not responsible for packages shipped to international reshippers once initial delivery has been completed.

If Something Goes Wrong
Though our careful packaging prevents most issues, shipping damage can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, here's what to do:

Take photos of any damaged items and packaging, then contact us right away through this website or direct email at shop@dorotabotanicals.net We'll work quickly to resolve the issue. Please keep all packaging and damaged products until we've handled any necessary carrier claims.
