Peruvian Coffee Beans / Light Roast

Another DorotaBotanicals high-elevation beans. Peru's Andes Mountain region is well known for producing premium beans grown at high elevations. Mountain temperatures are cooler, allowing the coffee tree to grow more slowly and extend the development of the bean. Because of the longer maturation period, the coffee bean has access to more complex sugars, resulting in richer and more compelling flavors.

Tasting notes include smooth finish with notes of nougat and roasted almonds.

Organic Light roast, Washed, Medium Acidity.
