Nicaragua Coffee Beans / Medium Roast

Due to the fact that coffee is grown at higher elevations in this region, this area has become known in the coffee industry as a source of premium beans. Mountain temperatures are cooler, allowing the coffee tree to grow more slowly and extend the development of the bean. Because of the longer maturation period, the coffee bean has access to more complex sugars, resulting in richer and more compelling flavors.

Full bodied, Medium roast with smooth finish. Tasting notes of vanilla, hazelnut, & milk chocolate.

Organic Beans, Washed, Low / Medium Acidity.
