Once we have completed your order, you will receive an email from us containing your UPS or USPS tracking number.
Orders may experience a processing delay do to circumstances related to COVID-19. Currently Covid-19 related restrictions outside of our control may affect the transit time of your shipment.
All online orders shipping via UPS or USPS. All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. If any of your items are damaged, please take a picture and contact us immediately so that we can assist you.
Please note that you will need to hang onto the original packing and damaged items until any damage claims are processed so that they can be inspected by the carrier, if necessary.
