Did you find yourself without fresh basil? This extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is aromatic and delicious. It is ideal for toasting and grilling. Almost anything can be sautéed in this oil. Drizzle over steamed vegetables, tomatoes, and soft cheeses; along with our Traditional Dark Balsamic they make a fabulous caprese salad.
