Greek Koroneiki Olive Oil / Varietal EVOO

Our Koroneiki oil has a complex flavor profile and is our most robust olive oil. Green and grassy flavors, pleasantly smooth at first, with a peppery finish after swallowing. Olives are typically harvested before they ripen, giving the oil stronger flavors and higher levels of polyphenols content.

You can pair it with Traditional Style Dark Balsamic for a classic simple bread dip, cheese plates, and salads, or if you like a little more fun dish, go and use it together with our Fig Dark Balsamic.
